AI Call Assistant (Live Companion)

A real-time meeting companion that transcribes, tracks intent, and prompts the host.

AI Call Assistant (Live Companion)

An AI that sits in a call while it's happening — transcribing with speaker diarization, tracking each participant's intent, ticking off agenda items, and suggesting moves to the host ("Reiner has been silent 5 minutes — bring him in").

Status

Working prototype, demoed live on the 16 April 2026 call with Maha and Reiner. Transcription and diarization robust on a single mic; agenda-ticking and host suggestions work in a constrained setting. UI still rough.

Where it goes next

  • Per-participant agents — private nudges for each person in a meeting.
  • Post-meeting dojo — team recordings become private practice material.
  • Role-specific modes — chair gets decision-tracking, secretary gets "decisions still vague."

Differentiation

Zoom, Teams, and Notion are all moving into this space. Our edge isn't the transcription — it's the art-of-dialogue model underneath. The companion is opinionated about what a good conversation looks like.
